Human Resources Representative will be the primary contact and support for employees regarding HR policies and procedures and handle questions related to compensation and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages onboarding/offboarding process
  • Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reporting
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Assists in Policy development and documentation
  • Company employee communication
  • Assists the HR Manager in employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
  • Assists the HR Manager manage LOA processes , documentation and communication
  • Assisting the Human Resources Manager with implementation of policies
  • Filing, appointments and recruiting schedule
  • Assisting the Human Resources Manager with the development of a superior workforce
  • Assisting with the development of an employee-oriented Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance



Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
  • Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
  • Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
  • Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required
  • Paycom experience- Preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification - Preferred
