WellSky is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Application Administrator - Oracle Fusion Financials to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and business analyst to meet with business owners, document requirements and convert them effectively. Examples include, but are not limited to: system configuration, customization, administration, maintenance, management of users, data, security and deploying new products/features.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and business analyst to meet with business owners, document requirements and convert them effectively. Examples include, but are not limited to: system configuration, customization, administration, maintenance, management of users, data, security and deploying new products/features.
  • Performing maintenance and customization of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud
  • Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data and process integrity
  • Developing, communicating, and executing on a roadmap of application capabilities for the business
  • Be the focal point for ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Developing and maintaining training plans, materials, and documentation for users
  • Building, maintaining, and adjusting automation including Flow, Process Builder, Workflow and Validation Rules
  • Working with integrated applications including (but not limited to) Oracle, DocuSign, Marketo, JIRA, and Certinia
  • Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
  • Providing proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Coordinating new user and ongoing training sessions as needed, organization wide
  • Performing administrative duties, including user management, master data changes (merges, re-assignments), backups, data importing, and change management

Do you have what it takes?

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years related work experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Background in Financial Operations

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency of batch commands and structured query language (SQL) scripting
  • Expert level knowledge of Oracle SaaS ERP Products and Solutions
  • Experience in back office Financial Operations
  • Maintaining and creating OTBI reports
  • Minimum of 4 Oracle full life cycle implementations
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reports
  • Experience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applications
  • Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications
  • Healthcare industry experience
