Full-Time Clinical Faculty - Nursing (MSN Required)
Hondros College of Nursing
Dayton, OH

Hondros College of Nursing is looking for a dynamic MSN prepared Nurse for a full-time clinical faculty role at our Dayton Campus!

Responsibilities:



  • Instruct students in the lab and/or clinical setting
  • Promote a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively to assure full implementation of the clinical component of the curriculum
  • Participate as members of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees
  • Plan the student clinical experience
  • Orient students to the clinical site as well as to policies and procedures
  • Supervise the student clinical experience in accordance with OAC 4723-5-20
  • Evaluate each student's achievement and progress and provide valuable feedback


Requirements:



  • A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • At least three years full-time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent
  • Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
  • Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
