The Wang Lab at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Danforth Plant Science Center Job Description
The Wang Lab at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Danforth Plant Science Center seeks to hire a self-motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to work on lipid signaling in rice reproductive morphology and plant stress responses. The projects are exciting and use multidisciplinary research strategies, including protein-lipid interactomes, in vivo metabolite imaging, lipidomics, and multiplex genomic editing. Ph.D. in biochemistry, cellular/molecular biology, plant biology or related field is required. Working knowledge in molecular interactions and/or mass spectrometer is highly desirable. The research will be conducted in the Wang Lab housed in the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and University of Missouri-St. Louis. Competitive salary, fringe benefits, and travel support to conferences will be provided. The appointment is expected to last for two years given with available funding and satisfactory performance, with an option to renew .
