Senior Director, R&D Program Management
Overview Waters has pioneered analytical techniques across markets including Clinical Diagnostics, Food & Environmental, Pharmaceuticals, and Materials. In Clinical Diagnostics, Waters is a global leader in LC/MS, and we support our customers with the broadest IVD LC-MS portfolio with IVD-labelled instruments, software, reagents, and consumables. During the past 25 years, we have led the adoption of LC-MS for many applications including therapeutic drug monitoring, newborn screening, and endocrinology. Reporting to Vice President, R&D and QRC, this position is accountable for delivering complex, business critical Programs, with significant impact on Waters Clinical product roadmap and business. The R&D Program Sr. Director will lead globally and functionally diverse project teams to develop instrumentation, software and consumables to the In-Vitro Diagnostics LC/MS market. This position is based at Wilmslow (UK), Wexford (Ireland) or Milford (US). Responsibilities
