Overview

We're looking for an individual with strong business and technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong collaboration and communications skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed team environment. In this role, you will drive and manage the successful delivery of transformational projects and enhancements for Product Management and Product Marketing. As the Project Manager, you will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that goals are achieved, and provide input and ideas for innovation that help achieve professional excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities



  • Manage complexity. Leverage your project management skills to lead teams during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment. Monitor and review project progress, scope, timelines, and budget for assigned projects.
  • Solve problems. Lead and collaborate with team members to translate our business goals, objectives, and strategies into plans and solutions, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Be a trusted partner. Build relationships and partnerships with business sponsors and other key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives, manage expectations and communicate on progress. Skillfully manage competing priorities and varying audiences.


Requirements



  • 2+ years project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and plans to technical or non-technical team members, managers, and stakeholders
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style based on audience
  • Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment
  • Be self-motivated and proactive, team-oriented, and creative, with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software

Recommended Qualifications



  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Prior experience in managing multiple and sometimes complex projects
  • Complex problem-solving experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements to document project deliverables

$68,640 $114,400 USD
