Reimagine What's Possible The Outage and Labor Relations Manager plays a crucial role within Air Products, overseeing maintenance and project-related work at our operating facilities. Reporting directly to the North American Industrial Gas Fleet Asset Director, this position requires close collaboration with the regional Procurement team, the PROS & Project Delivery team responsible for Turnaround (TAR) work, as well as the Franchise. The role is essential in fostering positive labor relations with external contractors and organized labor organizations that provide services at our plant sites. Expertise in contractor management, collective bargaining, collective agreements, wage data, California SB740 legislation, industrial craft classifications, facility maintenance experience, local labor trends, employment laws, and TAR execution is critical for success in this position. In California, the expected pay range is $142,900 - $187,400 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
