Kwaan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.

Core Duties:

• Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions
• Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis
• Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure
• Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy
