Sales support tasks:

Update Salesforce with Order information

When needed, run Damex screening for new customer set up

Request credit increase if not sufficient in SAP

Creating POs (in SAP and myMall)

Create or Look Up Logistic #s (customer Sold-to/Bill-to and Ship to) for Order Controller

Set up/review customer as well as verify credit limit for Norwood Motor factory.

Review/act as backup for the SMD Innomotics US support mailbox

Complete vendor questionnaires

Review LDA NKORDERS Inbox for orders and other emails

Order supplies (laptops, docking stations, office supplies)

Maintain email templates for SAEs for Heads Up and Kickoff Request emails.

Salesforce Reports

Check/edit 4 points of coverage in SalesForce

Project Execution tasks:

Facilitate 3rd party vendor deliveries and track the status of orders to help with Project Execution Project Management schedules.

Act as expeditor between Supplier and Innomotics to ensure on time deliveries.

Develop and facilitate a recurring meeting between Project Execution Procurement and Project Execution Project Management to help arrange status updates and critical items that need escalation.

Education and/ or Experience Requirements. Associates degree or equivalent experience, SAP, Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Mandatory skill sets SAP experience would be ideal however we can train if needed
