Job Location: Hyrbid Westminster CO | Hybrid Lake Oswego, OR

Trimble is looking for an App Xchange Implementation Manager to join the App Xchange, Integrations team. In this instrumental role, you will be responsible for implementing, training and consulting customers on the App Xchange iPaaS product and other integration products built on the App Xchange platform.

As an App Xchange Implementation Manager, you'll use your consultative, customer-relations and technical skills to ensure that customers have established and demonstrated proficient knowledge of the product during their onboarding experience.

Successful candidates are self-starters, excellent problem solvers and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities of the App Xchange Implementation Manager Include:

  • Perform proactive monitoring and analysis of customers who are onboarding the App Xchange platform with the intent to identify where customers may need intervention or further training to ensure that they achieve success

  • Implement and deploy the App Xchange platform or integration products as assigned

  • Identify when onboarding goals have been achieved and collaborate with Customer Success to perform a handoff for ongoing relationship management

  • Continually analyze the process and points of interaction between the customer and Trimble with the intent to improve the customer experience.

  • Implement process improvements including improving internal and external process documentation

  • Communicate and consult with customers professionally and honestly about their onboarding experience

  • Consult and train customers on technical aspects of the platform when appropriate

  • Be an advocate for App Xchange customers by providing feedback about their experience to internal stakeholders, such as Product Management, to drive improvements

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree, preferred

  • Implementation of SaaS or other technical product

  • Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.

  • A keen attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business

  • Experience and success working directly with customers

  • Demonstrable problem solving and process improvement skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

About Your Location

Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
