 QualificationsPreparing and serving three satisfying yet nutritious and well-balanced meals to a crew of 8-10Maintaining galley, dining room and associated equipment in a sanitary conditionWorking in a safe and efficient manner following Ingram's safety standardsProviding adequate food for both meals and snacksPracticing good inventory and ordering proceduresPreparing meals and storing foods in compliance with sanitary food handling practicesPromoting a positive yet professional atmosphere in the galley
