JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Creative Director for the Penn State Alumni Association is responsible for bringing the creative vision of the Association's brand to life through visually compelling, accessible and dynamic design. This includes the direction and development of all creative assets including the Association's digital website presence, membership and philanthropic solicitations, event promotions, advertisements and merchandise.
Responsibilities include:
Qualified candidates will be creative professionals with the ability to succeed on cross-functional, fast-paced teams with multiple deadlines, stakeholders and complexity. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in multimedia design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required in addition to demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
