The AI Solution Manager/ Senior AI Solution Manager (Federal) role is a unique blend of AI product development and deployment, customer engagement, and aiding customers to drive adoption. You will be shaping the future of enterprise AI, conducting extensive business problem-solving, and exercising multi-disciplinary team leadership. In this role, you will work directly with Federal and Aerospace & Defense clients to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities, define scalable AI solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to bring innovations to life.

You will own end-to-end AI solution development, from scoping and valuing AI use cases to leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. Managing multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts, you will transform complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions that drive significant business value.

Beyond implementation, you will help productize and commercialize AI solutions, ensuring they scale beyond individual client deployments and become repeatable offerings on the C3 AI Platform to drive long-term revenue growth. Our AI Solution Managers work on highly visible, high-impact AI initiatives, for example:



  • Apply AI-driven supply chain solutions to transform military supply chains, reducing lead times, decreasing inventory holding costs, and improving warfighter readiness.
  • Apply Gen AI to transform intelligence analysis, enabling analysts to quickly access & synthesize critical information
  • Apply predictive maintenance ML algorithms to predict critical equipment failures for military equipment, improving equipment readiness
  • Leverage AI to optimize enterprise planning and programmatic workflows in support of key initiatives, organizational productivity, and decision making.


Responsibilities:



  • Shape the AI roadmap for our Federal and Aerospace & Defense customers, identifying and validating AI-driven solutions that solve mission-critical business challenges and unlock new opportunities
  • Lead, brainstorm, and problem-solve together with multi-disciplinary AI teams (data scientists, engineers, architects, and industry experts) to develop and scale cutting-edge AI applications with measurable, industry-wide impact
  • Champion AI adoption at the executive level, engaging with customer executives to influence AI strategy and enterprise transformation
  • Partner with the Sales team to drive adoption and expansion, ensuring AI solutions transition from successful pilots to enterprise-wide implementations
  • Partner with the Product team to ensure that solutions transition from high-value pilots to standardized, repeatable enterprise offerings
  • Operate in a high-growth, fast-paced AI-driven environment, managing complex AI productization efforts and driving successful AI deployments
  • Travel as needed, directly engaging with Federal and Aerospace & Defense executives to ensure seamless AI adoption and drive transformational business impact
  • This is a highly visible role that combines technical depth, business acumen, and leadership to drive AI transformation across industries.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science; MS/MBA preferred
  • Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in AI strategy, consulting, product management, or AI/ML solutions, shaping AI commercialization and enterprise transformation
  • Proven interest in AI & Gen AI, demonstrated through formal education, self-study, and hands-on experience
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in the Federal and/or Aerospace & Defense sectors
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
  • An active U.S. Government security clearance or the ability to obtain one (e.g., Secret, Top Secret)
