Are you an experienced, upbeat Operations Manager with a passion for leading ortho teams and driving financial performance? Showtime Smiles is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our practice operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. If you have at least 3 years of operations management experience, especially in orthodontics, we want to hear from you!

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Showtime Smiles
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals
Manage practice operations to ensure patient satisfaction and retention
Establish effective systems and processes for case acceptance and employee engagement
Provide administrative support to both front and back office teams
Lead, mentor, and coach staff to maintain a positive office culture
Evaluate and enhance staff performance through regular reviews and training
Implement office policies to achieve performance goals and successful growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and functional practice management experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Background in healthcare management/customer service management is a plus
Ability to make effective decisions and think critically
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate activities and schedules
