Full-Life Cycle Recruiter

NRI Staffing is looking for a Recruiter to actively source talent for various clients. NRI is Washington DC's oldest regional staffing firm.

This position involves making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the complete hiring process for candidates who are in the talent pipeline.

Essential Functions

• Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen and attract new talent.
• Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding various employment opportunities
• Interviews, screens, and tests all applicants
• Manages multiple recruiting requisitions simultaneously
