Salary range:
The salary range for this position is $78,900-95,000. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. See Professorial Series (Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical, In Residence, Ladder Rank) and Professor of Teaching Series. This position may include membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Application Window Open date: August 15, 2024 Most recent review date: Thursday, Oct 31, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Breast Microsurgery Fellowship offers broad training opportunities for developing advanced microsurgical skills and expertise, with a focus on comprehensive breast reconstruction. The fellowship is a one-year position as a Clinical Instructor. For microsurgical cases, the fellow will work closely with experienced microsurgeons who will serve as mentors and supervisors. In addition to a holistic breast reconstruction exposure, the fellowship will encompass broad training in all areas of microsurgery including lymphatic reconstruction. Requirements - An M.D. American Board of Plastic Surgery eligible. Have completed an ACGME accredited residency program. A California Medical License is required by start date.
