We are looking for a Sr. Director, Digital Employee Experience, IT Infrastructure and Operations who will be accountable for all of our IT Infrastructure, Network, Collaboration & Productivity tools along with Operations and End User Services supporting over 4,000 employees. The key focus will be to continuously strengthen and improve our Digital Employee Experience to deliver friction-free experiences whether in the office or at home - across the globe. Overseeing the optimization of Procore's technology infrastructure to ensure a positive and productive digital experience for employees, focusing on user-friendly interfaces, seamless access to tools, and proactive issue resolution across core experiences, while also managing the underlying IT infrastructure that supports these experiences This position will report to our SVP Business Technology and be based in Austin, TX. Base Pay Range $206,800 - $284,350. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
