Summary: The NGL Operations Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the operations of the Nederland NGL systems including Mariner South, Butane Expansion, Orbit Ethane, Flexport, and future expansion projects. Responsibilities encompass safety, environmental stewardship, planning and assigning operations personnel for daily duties, overtime assignments, meeting ship and barge dock schedules and incident response. Successful candidate will also be responsible for managing multiple incoming/outgoing pipelines and coordinating operations with multiple departments, customers, outside contractors, and assisting the NGL Operations Manager to organize, plan, and direct daily NGL operations and maintenance. Supervisor will provide oversight to ensure quality product is received and delivered from the facility while minimizing downtime. He/she will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the hiring and training of new employees and development of existing employees. Candidate must have the ability to complete projects within approved expenditure limits and estimated schedules. The supervisor ensures that all contractors, customers, and vendors follow Company Policies and Procedures when accessing or working in the Terminal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
