Client Support Specialist

IMA Select is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our group Wichita, KS! This position plays an integral part of our Client Support team by providing services to our personal lines customers as first point of contact. A successful applicant must possess integrity with the ability to take-on action with limited mentorship in addition to strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:



  • Assist with the insurance renewal process including the preparation of pre-renewal and annual comparison summaries
  • Prepare and issue renewals and on-demand certificates of insurance as needed
  • Process personal lines customer policies, endorsements, and audits as requested
  • Process daily electronic policy and document download
  • Retrieve daily notifications from insurance carrier websites
  • Prepare paper documentation to be scanned and files attachments within agency management system
  • Issue auto ID cards
  • Participate in miscellaneous team projects
  • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
  • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates


Required skills and experiences:



  • 1+ years professional work experience required
  • Required to obtain property and casualty license within 1-3 months of hire, unless already licensed
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred
  • Previous personal lines insurance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
