Related positions are contingent on board approval. Under the direction of the Director, Career Readiness, the Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, programs, and activities related to the career readiness strategic plan. The coordinator will have a focus on managing staff and projects to provide program support including, but not limited to, career readiness/Career Technology Education (CTE) programs and initiatives, budget development, professional development, compliance/reporting, and data analysis. The coordinator will directly supervise staff, including Manager - Career Readiness / CTE Professional Development & Support. The coordinator is also responsible for developing strong partnerships with schools, other district offices, technical service providers, and others in support of the work. Essential Functions
