Production Associates

Oscoda Plastics manufacturer of accessories for the Duro-Last Roofing System along with Protect-All flooring and ProFlex vinyl expansion joints and roofing accessories, is looking to grow their manufacturing team. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with $1.50 shift premium for 2^nd and 3^rd shift. All hourly employees receive WEEKLY PAY!! This position is also eligible to take part in the company's annual bonus program.

Position Responsibilities:

Production Associates will be assisting their fellow team members in:

• Making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers' needs and expectations.
• Learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing procedures
• Accurately complete all required production paperwork
• Attend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetings
• Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guests
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
• Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
• Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
• Must have open availability to work any shift
• Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
