  • Develop and manage production budgets, including cost estimates, expense tracking, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, invoices, and final billing.
  • Research, source, hire, and brief external creative talent, including photographers, directors, editors, 3D artists, illustrators, hair and makeup artists, fashion stylists, and models.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external talent, production companies, and creative vendors.
  • Coordinate and negotiate talent agreements, production contracts, rates, and image and video usage rights.
  • Oversee model castings, go-sees, and other pre-production activities.
  • Coordinate call sheets, product securement, on-set logistics, and communication between creative leadership and production crews.
  • Manage motion post-production schedules and deliverables while coordinating still photography post-production with internal creative teams.
  • Partner with Creative Operations and Marketing to align production needs, schedules, budgets, and creative expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows, improve efficiencies, and support departmental budget planning.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant creative production experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury, or a creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing photo and video productions from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of creative talent, production vendors, industry rates, contracts, and media usage rights.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing creative expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
