Overview LMI is seeking a Project Management Training Specialist to coordinate learner services and virtual training operations for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) technology modernization initiatives. This position combines scheduling, learning management system administration, live-session production, completion tracking, and responsive user support to ensure that training is accessible, reliable, and easy to navigate. The Project Training Management Specialist will coordinate instructor calendars and class rosters, prepare and moderate Microsoft Teams or Webex sessions, maintain accurate enrollment and completion records, and assist learners with course access and common Jira questions. The specialist will work closely with Agile instructors, instructional designers, platform support staff, and program operations to resolve issues and keep learning activities running smoothly. This is not simply an event-scheduling role. A successful specialist anticipates learner needs, protects data quality, identifies recurring support patterns, and follows issues through to closure.
