Inventory Planner

We are seeking a talented Inventory Planner to step into a critical role focused on inventory planning for running apparel and equipment. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time, directly impacting consumer satisfaction and business efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain seamless operations and support the strategic growth of key product lines, making a tangible difference in how products reach the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform inventory strategies and decision-making.
• Develop compelling data-driven narratives to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Effectively prioritize and manage a dynamic workload, including ad hoc tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of inventory initiatives for running apparel and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory Planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and the ability to tell a story with data.
• Demonstrated strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage ad hoc requests, and maintain high organization in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with marketplace dynamics for finished products and consumer goods.
• Background in the footwear or apparel industry.
• Proficiency with SAP, S4/hana, or similar ERP programs, and advanced Excel skills.
• Previous experience within the athletic apparel and equipment industry.
