Axiologic Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support process documentation, governance activities, data collection, and analytical deliverables within a complex enterprise environment. The analyst will also support AI/ML governance documentation, including model cards, AI system runbooks, risk assessment artifacts, and data collection supporting model performance monitoring and algorithmic impact assessments. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, procedures, and governance artifacts. Collect and analyze process, operational, and assessment data. Support governance meetings, working groups, action tracking, and deliverable preparation. Assist governance leads with research, analysis, and documentation. Maintain process and governance artifacts within approved repositories. Support development and maintenance of AI/ML model cards, AI system runbooks, and AI risk assessment documentation. Assist with data collection supporting AI model performance monitoring dashboards. Support algorithmic impact assessments and AI governance reporting. Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Required Qualifications 4+ years of relevant professional experience in business process analysis, process improvement, governance support, management analysis, or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience developing process documentation, workflows, procedures, or governance artifacts. Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational or process-related data. Strong analytical, organizational, technical writing, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process-mapping or documentation tools. Desired Qualifications ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Experience supporting AI/ML governance, responsible AI, or technology risk-management activities. Familiarity with model cards, AI system runbooks, algorithmic impact assessments, or AI risk documentation. Experience supporting performance dashboards, governance metrics, or process-improvement initiatives. Secret clearance eligibility required for the position. Salary Range: $59,000 - $123,000 The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
