Qualifications preferred for Payment Factory Experience with payment factories, treasury operations, or high-volume payment processing. Knowledge of payment file formats and bank connectivity, plus experience investigating rejected, delayed, or returned payments. Understanding of payment controls and internal procedures Ability to reconcile payment files and bank statements, investigate exceptions, and resolve discrepancies. Familiarity with applicable payment and banking requirements in the supported markets. Experience of systems; SAP and NEO, payment volumes, markets, and any required language or time-zone coverage. A solid grounding in accounts payable, invoice processing, and procure-to-pay workflows. Ability to identify operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and optimize business procedures. Clear and concise communication skills to align cross-functional teams, suppliers, and banking partners. High precision when managing sensitive financial data, compliance standards, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and validate payment runs; tracks approval status and follow up on pending approvals. Monitor bank transmissions and reconcile across banking platforms. * Partner cross-functionally with buyers, plant operations, vendors, and finance teams to troubleshoot blocked invoices and resolve parked items. * Support invoice-to-Pay processes. Support master data governance and system enhancements in NEO, SAP, and ReadSoft. * Support audit readiness by maintaining precise documentation, accounting records, and internal compliance controls.
