Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Class B CDL delivery driving experience within the past 3 years. Experience operating box trucks or straight trucks in local delivery environments. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and customer service expectations. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused with excellent attendance. Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel. Clean driving record with no more than a combined total of 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the past 36 months. No DUI or reckless driving convictions within the past 5 years. Driver Requirements Must be 22 years of age or older. Valid Class B CDL Driver License. Current DOT Medical Card. Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with overtime as needed. Comfortable performing local deliveries and pickups throughout the surrounding area. Ability to occasionally assist with freight handling when required. Job Duties Operate a Class B commercial vehicle, including box trucks and straight trucks. Perform local pickups and deliveries between warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations. Transport freight safely and efficiently while following assigned routes and schedules. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, inspection reports, and required paperwork. Communicate delivery updates, route changes, and potential delays with dispatch. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies. Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations. Handle primarily no-touch freight, with occasional assistance required for loading or unloading.
