Job Duties Pull materials for kit pulls and material requests as directed. Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory control functions. Maintain and organize stocking bin locations. Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Update and maintain import/export Excel spreadsheets and packing lists. Package materials for export to Mexico. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing incoming and outgoing materials. Support material handling activities throughout the facility. Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and stockroom organization. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Experience Requirements Previous stockroom, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, preferred. Experience with Great Plains or a similar inventory control system is a plus. Inventory reconciliation experience desired, but not required. Knowledge of electronic components and parts used in printed circuit board manufacturing is helpful, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Frequent sitting and use of hands for handling materials and inventory transactions. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, hearing, and verbal communication. Ability to work safely in an indoor manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to hear surrounding warehouse activity, including forklift traffic, for safety purposes. Ability to view printed and electronic information accurately.
