Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions. Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and production procedures. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor environments preferred. Experience handling large, heavy, or oversized materials is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, move, carry, and reposition heavy industrial mats throughout the shift. Capable of standing and remaining physically active for extended periods. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements required. Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Ability to safely handle bulky materials and work around manufacturing equipment. Job Duties Trim, finish, and inspect large industrial mats according to production specifications and quality standards. Assist with operating and supporting large press and trimming equipment in a manufacturing environment. Move, position, and handle heavy mats throughout various stages of production. Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished products meet company requirements. Maintain production efficiency while following all safety procedures and operating guidelines. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
