You will play a key role in optimizing security workflows, leveraging innovative tools, and driving accountability to ensure the integrity and safety of products and services that impact the daily lives of millions.

As a Project Coordinator, you will embed security operational best practices throughout critical program and product lifecycles. Your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining operations, fostering cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that security remains a top priority in every development phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your organizational prowess and technical understanding to complex challenges, making a tangible difference in a high-impact environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage advanced AI tools and research capabilities to resolve complex task-ownership issues, automate repetitive administrative processes, interpret intricate engineering commentary, and ensure precise task routing with informed follow-ups.
  • Monitor, organize, and meticulously track security tasks originating from various security platforms and direct input from security engineers and analysts.
  • Maintain consistent and professional engagement with task owners, driving timely updates and adherence to established runbooks and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Facilitate and orchestrate long-term, multi-team remediation efforts that require extensive cross-functional alignment, ensuring continuous momentum on fixes that span multiple months.
  • Collaborate closely with task owners and engineering leads to establish realistic remediation deadlines, define measurable milestones, and implement clear operational cadences.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive weekly executive status reports, highlighting upcoming deadlines and proactively identifying and escalating at-risk deliverables before timelines are breached.
  • Maintain a strategic, high-level view across all active requests to identify recurring patterns, critical cross-team dependencies, and systemic bottlenecks. Proactively recommend process enhancements to boost throughput and eliminate redundant work.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, with a strong preference for backgrounds in cybersecurity, software engineering, or IT infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI research and productivity tools, along with the capacity to interpret basic engineering notes and logs to contextualize security issues.

  • The ability to skillfully balance granular task management with strategic, portfolio-level risk identification and process optimization initiatives.
