POSITION: Food Bank Coordinator SUPERVISOR: Social Services Coordinator STATUS: Regular Part-Time/ Non-Exempt (Hourly) PAY: $20.00 (Hourly) GENERAL STATEMENT: The Salvation Army is a branch of the Christian Church, and the ultimate goal of all programs is spiritual regeneration of all people. SCOPE OF POSITION: Under the direction of the Center Coordinator, the Food Bank Coordinator oversees the operations of the Food Bank operations, including but not limited to recruiting, training, and coordinating of volunteers, purchasing, restocking, ordering, preparing food, overseeing costs and quality control, coordination of food deliveries, monthly statistics and reports as required. Working Conditions: Some work may be performed in outside inclement weather, and there may be some physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomfort with noise, rain, snow, dust, dirt, and similar. Work Schedule / Location: In-person at Grays Harbor food bank.
