Employment: Contract (6 months) Potential to covert

Compensation: $19.57- $21.42/hrs
Schedule: 40 hours /week
9am-6pm

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and schedule field service resources for reactive repairs and proactive maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers, technical support teams, and field personnel to prioritize service requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage time-sensitive service activities, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and operational requirements.
  • Provide responsive customer support, including 24/7 service coordination, while maintaining clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple service workflows, helping teams stay organized, improve service response times, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship
  • 2+ years of experience in communicating ideas and rationale to internal teams and customers.

  • Successfully manage competing priorities while achieving key performance indicators and maintaining a high level of quality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, interact favorably with others and skilled at maintaining positive relationships while working to resolve problems and maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage time and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issue.
  • Strong PC skills (MS office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to professionally investigate and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills and are adaptable to change
  • Ability to think at a high level and apply business concepts.
  • Experience to anticipate customer needs.
  • A history of acting as a collaborative team player with cross-functional teams.
  • An interest in solving problems that don't have obvious solutions.
