You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of their products, ensuring every photoshoot and video project aligns perfectly with brand goals, delights customers, and maintains the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the Role

As a Producer, you will be the driving force behind creative photography, video, and still life projects, managing the entire production lifecycle from initial concept through to final wrap. This contract role, covering a maternity leave, offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, working alongside talented creative leaders. You will expertly coordinate the creative, operational, financial, and logistical aspects of each shoot, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed creative expectations. Your ability to translate creative vision into actionable production plans will be key to the success of diverse campaigns across multiple brand and beauty categories.

What You'll Do

  • Produce assigned photoshoots across multiple brand and beauty categories from pre-production through completion, keeping creative, brand, schedule, and budget goals aligned.
  • Build and manage comprehensive production schedules, timelines, budgets, and logistics, including talent, crew, vendors, locations, studios, equipment, travel, and catering.
  • Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Creative Operations, and cross-functional teams to transform creative direction into seamless production plans.
  • Book and manage photographers, models, hair, makeup, stylists, studios, locations, production partners, and vendors, including negotiating rates, confirming availability, defining scope, and ensuring deliverables.
  • Handle all talent logistics and agency relationships, including bookings, rates, schedules, travel, accommodations, fittings, glam, and on-set needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Travel & Expense, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure all documentation, agreements, releases, travel, and financial processes are accurate and completed on time.
  • Negotiate production rates and fees within approved budgets, identify cost savings opportunities, and escalate significant financial decisions to the lead producer.
  • Create and manage essential production documents such as call sheets, production decks, schedules, and templates, maintaining accurate records throughout the full shoot lifecycle.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on set, directing production assistants and support staff, managing vendors and crew, resolving issues in real time, and keeping the shoot on schedule.
  • Proactively identify production risks, develop effective solutions and backup plans, and keep the production lead and internal partners updated on open items, budget status, and potential issues.
  • Successfully juggle multiple productions and competing priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and clear communication.
  • Partner with Creative Operations, Retouching, and Asset Management to ensure assets are delivered, organized, and handed off efficiently and on time.
  • Build, track, and maintain production budgets and financial projections for assigned photo and video shoots in collaboration with the production lead.
  • Monitor spend throughout each shoot, flagging variances, potential overages, and savings opportunities.
  • Ensure assigned productions remain within approved budgets and escalate financial risks or major changes as needed.
  • Finalize and submit estimates, advances, billings, usage agreements, post-production work, and other financial documentation.
  • Manage and reconcile shoot invoices, ensuring all submissions to Accounts Payable are accurate and complete.
  • Manage advance requests and net-zero payments for assigned productions.
  • Review production costs, overtime, vendor charges, and final billing against approved budgets, escalating any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the creative, operational, scheduling, and financial status of your productions, providing timely updates in weekly team huddles and production meetings.
