Administrative Manager: Radiology

We're looking for an Administrative Manager who can bring people, processes, and priorities together to help a complex, dynamic department do its best work.

This is a role for someone who likes being at the center of things: building relationships across specialties, asking the right questions, creating structure where it's needed, and turning a lot of moving pieces into a clear path forward. You'll partner closely with departmental leadership and teams across St. Jude, with visibility into both the clinical and research sides of Radiology.

You'll lead key administrative and operational functions for the department, including resource coordination, process improvement, program support, vendor relationships and contracts, and administrative operations. Just as importantly, you'll help lead the people behind that work - coaching and developing team members, strengthening collaboration, and creating the systems and processes that allow the department to operate effectively.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are a strong people leader who knows how to build, coach, and develop a team.
• Have experience managing complex projects, priorities, or operations - and can keep things moving when there are a lot of stakeholders at the table.
• Bring curiosity and sound operational judgment. You don't need to know everything, but you know how to ask the right people the right questions and connect the dots.
• Are comfortable working across disciplines and building relationships with people who bring very different expertise and perspectives.
• See opportunities to make processes better and have the initiative to actually do something about them.
• Can create structure, organization, and accountability without losing sight of the people doing the work.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience managing administrative activities.
• Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience managing administrative activities.
• Experience in managing communications with cross functional leaders/ stakeholders.
• Experience in managing people either directly or indirectly.
