POSITION SCOPE

The Accounts Payable Manager, is responsible for managing daily AP operations, supervising staff, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments, maintaining internal controls, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team.

* Oversee invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payment activities.

* Manage check, ACH, wire, and credit card payment processes.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.

* Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.

* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

* Serve as the primary contact for AP-related vendor and internal inquiries.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

* 5+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.

* Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

* Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.

* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
