Winston Taylor's Chicago office is seeking an entry-level associate (2027 JD) to join our corporate department in fall 2027. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across Winston Taylor's market leading mergers & acquisitions, private equity, finance, capital markets, and investment funds practices.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Prior work experience in transactions is preferred but not required.
