The Opportunity Our Environmental Planning and Permitting team is seeking an Environmental Permitting Analyst to support the development and execution of major infrastructure initiatives, including new pipeline construction, looping, compressor stations, and system expansions. The Analyst will serve as a key technical resource for project teams, regulatory leadership, and legal counsel, with particular emphasis on NEPA compliance in support of FERC Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity, federal and state permitting strategy, and agency coordination for complex, multi-state projects. This individual has the proven skills, competencies and capacity to manage multiple large projects in various phases of development and geographic locations from pre-routing/siting phase into construction compliance phase.
