Job Description: Office Location:College Station, Texas, United States SCOPE & CONTACTS: Under the general supervision of the Regional President, this individual would provide executive support with exceptional organizational skills to executive management, have frequent contact with business and community professionals, bank customers, as well as frequent contact with other departments. This individual is involved in the preparation of Board of Director meetings, manages preparation and scheduling of the Director Loan Committee meetings and Executive Officer Committee meetings, as well as gathers applicable reports for presentment and prepares the minutes. The individual is responsible for credit administration of loan presentments and approvals, prepares expense reports and marketing reports for the Regional President. The position requires independent thinking and problem resolution. Must exercise good human relations and customer service skills at all times. Professional and customer contact is facetoface, by telephone and written correspondence. Due to the experience and proficiency level of this job, this individual receives only general supervision and instructions; however, results of work are reviewed.
