70662 Purpose of the Job The Plant Controller provides financial leadership for a manufacturing facility and serves as a strategic business partner to the Plant Leader and site leadership team. This position is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, profitability, capital efficiency, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Plant Controller translates operational performance into actionable financial insights, supports strategic decision-making, leads planning and forecasting processes, and develops a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business ownership across the facility. The role may also provide leadership and oversight of administrative and operational support functions including procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping, scheduling, storeroom management, and site security.
