Aquent is seeking a talented Video Producer to join the creative team of a leading global organization. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director for Video, this role will collaborate with internal creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and project requestors to oversee and produce a variety of video projects, including live-action shoots, animated marketing videos, motion graphics, and other video production initiatives.

This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend to 12 months. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL, with an expectation of approximately 2 days onsite per week, depending on project and studio needs. Onsite days will be communicated in advance based on production schedules.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee video projects from initial planning and production through post-production and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director for Video, Director of Photography, Studio Manager, videographers, motion designers, and other creative partners to execute production needs.
  • Coordinate and manage video shoots in the studio and across the office campus, ensuring schedules, stakeholders, equipment, and production requirements are aligned.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, requestors, external vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Produce and oversee a variety of video content, including live-action productions, interviews, social content, marketing campaigns, events, internal communications, motion graphics, and animated videos.
  • Partner with motion designers and animators to review work in progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure deliverables meet creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Review in-process deliverables and provide feedback through Adobe Workfront, ensuring projects remain on track and meet quality standards.
  • Manage video assets, including media management and ingestion through Frame.io, to support efficient review and interdepartmental workflows.
  • Coordinate closely with the Studio Manager on production scheduling, studio needs, and project logistics.
  • Help manage a high volume of video projects while maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Apply a solutions-oriented approach to identify production challenges, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate project, time, and workflow information within internal systems.
  • Support additional video production and creative operations tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, creative production, or a related role.
  • Experience managing video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Experience coordinating live-action video shoots and working with creative production teams.
  • Experience overseeing motion graphics and/or animated video projects, including providing feedback to animators and motion designers.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Experience working in a corporate or in-house creative environment with multiple stakeholders and internal clients.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to work effectively across creative and business teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Frame.io and/or similar video review and asset management platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management/workflow systems is preferred.
  • Experience tracking project time and managing creative workflows is a plus.
  • Documentary, interview, or storytelling production experience is a plus.


Schedule & Contract

  • 6-month contract with potential to extend to 12 months
  • 40 hours/week
  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CT
  • Hybrid - Rolling Meadows, IL
  • Approximately 2 days onsite per week, based on project and production schedules
  • Onsite requirements will be communicated in advance and are primarily driven by studio and shoot needs
