Job SummaryThe VP Team Leader, Commercial Risk is a strategic leader who manages a portfolio of high-value and complex Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients while leading and mentoring a group of Account Executives. The role drives retention and revenue growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. This role supports our Northeast territory. We offer a hybrid opportunity from our NYC, Long Island or Boston offices. Working in the office is essential for fostering collaboration and leadership. We will consider remote options for experienced candidates, ideally in the NE for the ability and feasibility to occasionally travel to client meetings or our designated offices if required. The base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $200,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
