Job Title: Loan Operation Rep I Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246 or Greenville, SC 29607 Duration: 6-month assignment (potential for extension based on performance and business needs) Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Mon- Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 day remote Summary: Responsible for applying payments to loans, making approval or rejection decisions, and handling related administrative duties. Must Have Skills: 2 years of Banking/ Financial institute experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Excel and Outlook. 2 years of Loans experience. High School Diploma. Soft Skills: Communication skills- written and verbal. Multitasking and Prioritization skills. Attention to detail. Organization skills. Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in loan processing and servicing is preferred. Position is offered by a no fee agency.
