A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Director of Customer Supply Chain, you lead end-to-end operational collaboration with Amazon, steering planning, forecasting, and replenishment to keep our products flowing smoothly.

  • Retailer Partnership & Execution: Steer daily supply chain operations with Amazon to raise on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery metrics, cut order lead times, and reduce shortage deductions.
  • Network & Flow Optimisation: Model distribution routes across our network of 158 Fulfillment Centres to pinpoint cost efficiencies, resolve shipment gaps, and support peak tentpole events.
  • Data Analytics & Systems: Analyse service KPIs and operational trends using Power BI to recommend performance solutions, partnering with IT to resolve EDI data flows swiftly.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner directly with Sales, Physical Distribution, and Transportation teams to balance commercial demand surges with sustainable fulfillment practices.

We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain or related business field
  • You bring a rigorous analytical mindset and the drive to solve complex supply chain challenges in real time. You bring:
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Practical knowledge of demand planning, inventory flow, order management, and retailer replenishment routines.
  • Advanced Analytics: Strong capability in Power BI, advanced Excel, and relational data management to interpret KPIs and translate data anomalies into concrete action plans.
  • Operational Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot EDI mapping discrepancies and investigate root causes behind order or shipment misses.
  • Stakeholder Management: Clear communication skills to align cross-functional teams and collaborate directly with key retail partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to identifying efficiencies across warehousing, logistics channels, and operational workflows.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
  • Being present in the office three days a week is considered an essential function of all office-based roles for eligible full-time employees.
