Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide comprehensive support in all areas of day-to-day human resources operations for an enterprise of approximately 6,000 employees. The role involves coordinating, researching, resolving, responding to, and guiding employees in various HR functions.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Answering questions related to recruitment, employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement,payroll processes, immigration, performance management, compensation queries,leaves, and overall general administration (e.g. unemployment claims, verifications of employment).
• Assisting with front desk duties such as answering questions employees have when they walk in and assisting with I-9 verification for onboarding.
• Responding to employee inquiries in our team inbox.

Minimum qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' HR experience and customer service skills with some HR background. Experience with Workday is a plus but not required.
