Step into a role where your technical expertise directly impacts customer productivity and operational success. As an Onsite Service Engineer, you will serve as the dedicated technical support resource at a customer manufacturing facility inMemphis, TN / Olive Branch, MS.
Working with industry-leading Desoutter assembly and tightening solutions, you will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, support software applications, and help maximize production uptime.
Specific Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain Desoutter assembly and tightening solutions to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.
Provide onsite technical support and quickly resolve production line issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Perform preventive maintenance and manage calibration schedules to ensure equipment performance and compliance.
Build strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted technical resource and delivering exceptional service.
Analyze equipment and service data to identify improvement opportunities and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Information Technology, or a related technical field; or equivalent technical experience.
- 5+ years of experiencetroubleshooting, maintaining, calibrating, or repairing mechanical, electrical, software-enabled, or industrial equipment (or earlycareer with strong relevant education).
Excellent problemsolving abilities, with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.
- Experience with industrial assembly tools, tightening systems, torque applications, or calibration.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).
