Role Overview The Sales Manager,CSC is a performance-driven people leader responsible for the day-to-day coaching, execution, and results of a team of Gear Advisors. This role focuses on delivering revenue and margin performance, improving conversion and productivity, and ensuring consistent execution of sales behaviors across inbound and outbound contact channels. The Sales Manager partners cross-functionally to support promotions, process adherence, and customer experience goals, while supporting training and development needs for frontline sellers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and be accountable for the team achieving sales dollars, margin dollars, and margin rate goals.
- Apply strong business acumen to analyze sales, margin, productivity, conversion, and other performance data; identify trends and opportunities; and execute targeted strategies that increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and coach Gear Advisors to perform at a high level across all inbound/outbound activities and contact channels.
- Drive consistent execution of consultative sales best practices, including call productivity, discounting discipline, conversion, and customer experience standards.
- Provide formal and informal coaching, talk-track reinforcement, and skill development to strengthen sales behaviors and outcomes.
Daily Operations & Performance Management
- Deep understanding of daily performance and activity reporting to ensure behaviors align to expected sales results and service standards.
- Measure individual Gear Advisor performance, establish goals, and execute action plans to improve results.
- Accountable for team attendance, adherence and other policy administration.
- Coordinate and monitor participation in site-based sales promotions and ensure frontline execution aligns to campaign expectations.
- Deliver requested reports, performance updates, and relevant operational information accurately and on time.
Coaching, Training & Development
- Master and leverage available AI based coaching tools as the primary source for coaching improvement
- Identify development needs and partner with Training and Sales Leadership to support skill-building in product knowledge, systems, soft skills, and role-specific competencies.Conduct performance conversations and reviews, providing feedback and growth opportunities that improve capability and retention.Build a high-performance sales team culture focused on exceeding targets. Continuous Improvement
- Liaise with internal partners to resolve issues, coordinate execution of sales initiatives, and improve customer and associate experience.
- Drives efficiency, productivity and performance improvements through use of available AI tools as well as looking for opportunities to innovate with new AI tools
- Identify performance gaps and help implement improvements to processes, tools, and sales routines that increase productivity and results.
- Support CSC sales leadership with insights from frontline performance and customer feedback.
Additional Responsibilities

MINIMUM Requirements & Special ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or customer service environments (contact center experience preferred).
- Proven success coaching teams in a customer-focused, consultative sales environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written), strong organizational discipline, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using performance reporting and dashboards to manage KPIs and improve outcomes.
- Passion for developing people and building a strong performance culture.
