A Day in the Life As a Junior Medical Congress Associate in Medical Relations, you will report into the Director of Medical Projects & Congresses and drive the execution of medical congresses and events for SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science:
- Event Logistics & Operations: Lead end-to-end planning, master timelines, shipping/packing materials, workflows, and high-touch on-site event execution.
- On-Site Congress Support & Travel: Actively provide hands-on, on-site event management and coordination during domestic and international medical congresses (periodic travel required).
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Steer external partner and agency relationships, negotiate costs, track event budgets, and oversee purchase orders/invoices.
- Cross-Functional & Global Alignment: Cascade assets, scientific content frameworks, and event guidelines across international zones to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint.
- Project Tracking: Maintain master schedules, inventory, and operational guidelines to deliver brand excellence.

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed within the last 12 months; no advanced scientific degree required).
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on, proactive mindset with an interest in event management and logistics.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in tracking budgets, managing project schedules, and handling multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake domestic and periodic international travel for event execution and on-site support.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00/hour (actual compensation depends on experience, skill level, and education level).
- Work Schedule: 36.25 hours/week, non-exempt hourly.

Additional Requirements & Information
- Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
