ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Growth & Partnerships Analytics, you will lead performance analysis and executive-ready insights that explain what's driving subscription growth, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness, providing dedicated analytical support and strategic thinking for Growth & Partnerships, without duplicating FP&A's forecasting or deal-modeling work.

Embedded within FOX One's centralized analytics organization, this role serves as the critical thought partner to Strategy and Business Development leadership.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong commercial acumen and executive storytelling to influence high-impact strategic decisions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead deep-dive analyses across direct subscription, distribution, and channel performance to identify what's driving growth, retention, and profitability.
• Serve as the dedicated analytics and strategy partner to Growth & Partnerships, providing the analytical horsepower that function needs to move initiatives forward.
• Design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B testing) to assess pricing, promotional, and offer effectiveness.
• Translate performance and consumption trends into a clear point of view for Strategy and Business Development decision-making.
• Partner with FP&A to ensure strategic decisions are grounded in accurate performance data - feeding their forecasting rather than duplicating it.
• Leverage large-scale datasets using SQL and BI tools to uncover performance drivers and statistical relationships.
• Deliver executive-ready insights for monthly and ad hoc leadership reviews.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Typically, 8+ years in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence within subscription, media, technology, or digital platforms.
• Strong track record turning performance data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Growth Analytics and Partnerships functions within a subscription or media business - collaborating on shared metrics without owning deal modeling.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and translating complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, finance, operations, and partnerships.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor, embedded closely with Growth & Partnerships stakeholders rather than managing a dedicated team.
• Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Strong experience in Tableau or Power BI, including executive dashboard development.
• Experience analyzing partnership economics, revenue share structures, promotional ROI, and channel profitability.
• Experience performing opportunity sizing and market modeling to support new revenue streams and distribution expansion.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-178,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
