Description
Brand and Commercial Communications

  • Develop and manage the company's brand and commercial communications strategy, including product and campaign messaging, dealer communications, customer communications, and field updates.
  • Own customer communications tied to brand updates, including brand transition messaging, rebrand announcements, product naming and identity changes, and the sequencing of what customers and dealers hear and when.
  • Lead commercial external communications in partnership with company leadership and the corporate communications team, including product announcements, campaign launches, trade and industry messaging, and coordination with public relations partners on commercial topics.
  • Create and maintain an integrated commercial communications calendar that aligns brand plans, marketing campaigns, product launches, dealer and customer touchpoints, and major initiatives.
  • Establish messaging standards, templates, and editorial guidelines that ensure consistency in voice and tone across all brand, dealer, and customer facing communications.
  • Partner with the corporate communications lead in Human Resources so that commercial messaging and companywide employee communications stay aligned and do not duplicate one another.
  • Measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback from dealers, customers, and field teams, and recommend improvements as needed.


Training and Enablement

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable training programs for commercial onboarding, product knowledge, selling processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create reusable product specific learning resources, including e learning modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, job aids, knowledge libraries, and self-service content.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and department leaders to strengthen commercial onboarding and role specific ramp plans.
  • Establish a consistent process for identifying, prioritizing, and addressing commercial training needs.
  • Support the rollout of major commercial initiatives by developing communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on feedback and business outcomes.


Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and executive leadership to align commercial communication and enablement efforts with company goals.
  • Support major product launches, customer events, conferences, and strategic initiatives by developing messaging, campaign content, and enablement resources.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on commercial messaging strategy, brand adoption, and field readiness.


Brand Alignment and Commercial Field Enablement

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and all business entities to promote consistent execution of brand plans, strategies, campaigns, and messaging across the organization.
  • Translate annual marketing and brand plans into actionable communications, training programs, and commercial field enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to align sales, operations, dealers, and customer facing teams with company messaging, campaigns, product launches, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain commercial field enablement tools, such as product launch toolkits, sales playbooks, messaging guides, dealer communication packages, customer communication templates, campaign activation kits, customer facing presentations, competitive positioning guides, value proposition and talking point documents, FAQ libraries, knowledge bases, onboarding materials, brand standards toolkits, commercial readiness checklists, and recorded learning modules.
  • Coordinate communication and readiness plans for major launches, acquisitions, organizational changes, brand updates, conferences, and market initiatives, including the customer and dealer facing rollout of any brand change.
