Ability to read and follow work orders, shipping instructions, packing lists, and production documents. Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience Requirements At least 1 year of crate building experience required. Experience with order picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and receiving activities. Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and warehouse procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 25-50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate a forklift and work around warehouse equipment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for crate assembly, order fulfillment, and packaging tasks. Steel-toe boots required. Job Duties Build and assemble wooden shipping crates to protect products during transport. Gather components and materials to create kits based on customer orders and production requirements. Pull, pack, weigh, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Perform quality checks to verify products are packaged correctly and meet company standards. Maintain inventory organization and complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Supply packaging equipment with materials and perform minor adjustments as needed. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Support general warehouse, shipping, and order fulfillment operations as assigned.
